It's a worst experience to be their customer.(Or to have cable operator like this.)
One of the worst cable network with very poor services. Doesn't solve any technical issues/error. Really disappointed to have this as my cable operator. My complain has never been solved in time. This time my problem/complain hasn't been fixed since 1 week.
